Josu San Martin has a BA in Economics from the University of Salamanca, Spain. He started his career in 2012 as an analyst for the Santander Bank in Spain. He moved to Mexico in 2014 where he joined the Ministry of Finance and worked in the Fintech Law which regulates the fintech sector and cryptocurrencies. In 2017 he joined the Mexican Fintech Association as its Managing Director. Josu is currently a founding partner at Sixtant, a proprietary trading and market making fund. He is also an advisor for the cryptocurrency fund Exponent Capital.
