Responsible for the Financial Institution in Mexico that covers over 1,000 client relationships (c. 150 groups) in coordinating the strategy, origination, structuring, implementation and execution of all the financial group’s offerings by working closely with product specialists from transaction banking, global markets, investment banking, asset management and financing. Portfolio includes the relationship management of the biggest and riskiest financial groups (Banks, Securities Houses, Pension Funds, Insurances Companies, BFIs, etc…) mainly through structured financing, derivatives, public issuance & transactional services under a challenging environment that requires to actively manage and proactively mitigate AML, Sanctions and AB&C Risks.
El panel se centrará en la gestión de las relaciones entre los bancos corresponsales y sus contrapartes en Estados Unidos, incluido como hacer una evaluación de riesgos adecuada, mejores practicas actuales en debida diligencia y el monitoreo continuo, el intercambio de información y la comunicación.
